We have commercial space available from time to time in the downtown core of Portage la Prairie. Our current offerings are listed on our website. Please note that space is rented as is and if tenant improvements are required, they would be brought up in discussion with the Property Manager. Property taxes, insurance etc. will be adjusted annually to reflect actual amounts invoiced by related parties.
